Aleta Restaurant which in literal translation in english would be “Fin Restaurant”. This place is located at Medano Beach, the location that offers you a gorgeous landscape and a sunset view, which gives you the opportunity of having a romantic and lovely evening with your significant one and also with your family and friends! This restaurant features different types of sushi and a raw bar that offers an array of made-to-order sashimi, rolls, delicious oysters, local clams, ceviche, and the best of the local farmer´s organic vegetables. In overall, the menu has a similarity of an ocean-to-table style. It is inspired in everything, from delectable seafood platters to daily-caught seafood, which is a great aspect of it since it supports our local fishermen. You will have the opportunity to select how you want it prepared, such as fire grilled, steamed or fried. This place offers its service most of the day, since you are offered the three different times: breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is important to mention our experience at this restaurant so you have a better idea of how your experience might be as well: the food is amazing here, we ordered the risotto with the special of the day, which was sea bass. It is the best risotto meal we have ever had, because of its flavor and the sauce that came with the fish. Definetely a spicy pesto that was transformed, since the fish had an explosion in its taste. We also had some desserts: churros, tres leches, and flan which all of them were incredibly delicious! Another outstanding aspect of this marvelous place: its service. Our waiter was the most wonderful person, he was always going for the extra mile to make sure we gad a lovely evening, they will make you feel as if you were home.
